My Approach
I help people come home to themselves.
Through self-intimacy, emotional truth, sacred conversation, writing, and restorative experiences, my work creates space for people to pause, listen, and reconnect with what is true.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you were before you learned to shrink, perform, over-give, or silence yourself to be loved.
The Practice
Small, honest moments can change everything.
A pause before explaining.
A breath before abandoning yourself.
A journal prompt that tells the truth.
A conversation that opens what has been hidden.
A gathering where you finally feel seen.
This work begins in simple, sacred practices — the kind that help you return to yourself one choice, one breath, one truth at a time.
The Shift
When you begin coming home to yourself, your whole life starts to change.
You speak with more clarity.
You rest without guilt.
You notice what drains you.
You trust what your body is telling you.
You stop calling self-abandonment “peace.”
You begin choosing relationships, work, spaces, and rhythms that feel honest, nourishing, and aligned.
This is the lasting impact of self-intimacy: a life that feels more like you.
